We provide what the media or online training can’t; small, high quality, hands on classes in an inspiring environment covering the six principal disciplines of triathlon: swim, bike, run, transition, nutrition and recovery. Each camp offers a comprehensive insight into the world of triathlon incorporating the above mentioned disciplines and much more. We’re designing our camps for specific fitness levels, age groups or gender, with this approach we can guarantee a relaxed atmosphere without pressure to outperform fellow camp participants. Camps should be fun but yet educational taking home long lasting memories. We also work closely with the leading triathlon industry vendors supplying the newest products to test and use during the camps.
Dare to compare. Our training sessions and lessons are held in and around Kailua-Kona, utilizing the genuine swim, bike, and run course of the Kona Ironman World Championship. With average air temperatures in the mid-eighties, and water temperature around eighty degrees F; Kailua-Kona is an unsurpassed destination to train. Just imaging waking up in the morning after a restful sleep watching the sun rise over the volcanic mountains from your room, while overlooking the crystal blue waters of Kailua Bay, the official swim start of the Ironman. There is no better way to start the day.
